Introduction
PASS Leasing Company Limited is a Financial Leasing Institution in Tanzania incorporated on 20th February 2019 under the Tanzania Companies Act, of 2002. It is licensed by the Bank of Tanzania as a Financial Leasing Institution on 1st March 2021. Since commencing operations in 2021, PASS Leasing has established itself as a reputable provider of leasing services for Agri-entrepreneurs.
Pass Leasing now invites sealed bids from interested and eligible buyers for the purchase of the following used motor vehicles.
Objective
The objective of this disposal is to dispose of obsolete and/or underutilized assets in a transparent and cost-effective manner, while optimizing value for the organization and ensuring efficient asset management.

Bid Requirements
Each bid must include:
• Full name, address, and contact details of the bidder
• Copy of valid identification (NIDA/Passport)
• Clearly stated bid price for vehicle you are bidding for
• Bank account details ie Account name, Bank and account number
Terms & Conditions
The vehicles may be inspected at 85K Building 5th Floor Kinondoni Road Dar-es-salaam.
• The sale is on an “as-is, where-is” basis with no warranties given.
• All interested bidders shall be required to deposit a refundable amount equivalent to thirty percent (30%) of your bidded price to the account details below before submission of bids:

A copy of the proof of payment must be enclosed in the bid document.
For the successful bidder, the deposited amount shall form part of the purchase price and will therefore be deducted from the final amount payable for the vehicle. Deposits for unsuccessful bidders shall be refunded after completion of the disposal process.
To facilitate refund processing, all bidders must clearly indicate their bank account details in the bid submission, including the account name, account number, and bank name.
• Successful bidder shall be notified in writing and must make full payment within 3 working days after notification.
• Failure to make payment within the specified time will lead to cancellation of the award and the offer will be given to the next highest bidder.
• All applicable taxes, transfer costs, and removal/transportation costs shall be borne by the buyer.
• The purchased vehicle must be collected within 3 days after payment.
• Late bids will not be accepted.
